Dividend policy
Jun88 intends its shareholders to participate appropriately in the company's success. To this end, the company has formulated a new dividend policy, valid since the financial year 2020: Between 35% and 55% of the net income is to be distributed as a dividend.
Dividend distribution
The dividend available for distribution is based on the distributable profit reported in the annual financial statements of Jun88, which were prepared according to the provisions of the German Commercial Code (HGB). Since the 2020 annual financial statements, Jun88’s dividend policy has been more closely linked to the Group’s overall business situation and specifies that Jun88 will distribute a portion of the Group’s net income to shareholders of Jun88. Since the Group again generated negative net income in fiscal 2024, no dividend will be paid to Jun88 shareholders for fiscal 2024, as for fiscal 2023, in accordance with the current dividend policy. Due to the negative net income in the year 2024, no dividend per share carrying dividend rights was paid for fiscal 2023.

On the first business day after the Annual General Meeting, Jun88 share is quoted "ex-dividend." On this ex-dividend day, the share price is reduced by the amount of the dividend paid out.
