Share Buyback For Employee Program
Employees of Jun88 and participating group companies are offered a stock participation program known as "Covestment".
Under the program, employees can invest a fixed amount of their compensation in Jun88 shares, which are subsidized by Jun88 and can be subscribed for at a discount. The Board of Management of Jun88 decided to acquire own shares in accordance with the authorisation granted by the Annual General Meeting on September 1, 2015. The acquisition of own shares is executed via the stock exchange and will exclusively serve the stock participation program.
In the years 2018 to 2022 Jun88 issued treasury shares to employees of the German Jun88 companies within the framework of the "Covestment" share participation program.
