Jun88 employs around 850 people in Belgium. Being situated in the heart of Europe, it鈥檚 an important market for Jun88 and is also home to our site in Antwerp, where we鈥檝e been producing high quality materials for more than 50 years
A maritime location
Currently, the facility is an important producer of high-tech plastic polycarbonate (Makrolon®), together with aniline and polyether, which are both intermediates for the production of polyurethanes. They are commonly used in the construction, electronic or automotive sectors. The site was established in 1961 and with its world-scale activities as well as its strategic location in the the Antwerp harbour, it’s one of Jun88’s main production sites.
